2020 Update

We will be following the CDC guidelines as well as the EPA for the best cleaning protocols to use. We have always cleaned with Lysol and Clorox based cleaners which are recommended. In addition to our regular disinfecting process during the changeovers we will be taking extra steps and time to clean-

Door knobs
Remote controls
Cabinet handles
Light switches
Keyboards/mouse
Slider pulls
Etc..

We do ask that the house is vacant when we come in to clean to maintain social distance. If its a mid stay cleaning we can arrange a time that works best for tenants. We do ask that they pick up personal items to make it easier to clean the surfaces.

Please notify us if anyone in the household is experiencing any symptoms prior to our cleaning. We will reschedule.

Once again, We will do our best to make sure your house is as clean as possible. We will update any changes to our cleaning guidelines and policy if needed.

Suggestions for Homeowners:

Supply closet with the following:

extra mattress pads/bedspreads
extra pillowcase covers
toilet paper

Getting house ready for tenants:

Clearing out unnecessary knick-knacks, removing books and reading materials. Declutter areas that will be used by the tenants.

Suggestions to leave for tenants:

Disinfectant wipes/cleaner
unopened/unused face masks
hand sanitizer
paper towels
toilet paper
dish soap
hand soap
sponge (unused-wrapped)
garbage bags small/large
